This juicer is juiced with considerably less rotations per minute than conventional juicer. The cell structure of fruit and vegetables remains largely intact. Due to the extensive dismissal of oxygen, valuable enzymes and nutrients remain intact. Fruit and vegetables are crushed and pressed gently-comparable to a mortar.
